I'm at the Palaçio NOW and the experience has - so far - been much better than I ever could imagine. The palacio is beautiful, the location is perfect in the old town and service is excellent. I never been at a hotel where they greet you by name when you arrive - even before you've told who you are : ) I truly love the place and would like to stay here forever.
