At the Palacio Ca Sa Galesa you will be able to savour the most exquisite and mouth-watering culinary delights, guaranteed by the "Es Baulard" restaurant and its chef Joan Torrens, an expert in gastronomy and lecturer at the University of the Balearic Islands and principal advisor and creator of our exquisite dishes.
Breakfast service
Breakfast is normally served at the Café Ricks between 8.30 and 11 a.m. each morning. Guests may make their choice from three types:
- Buffet style.
- Continental.
- Express breakfast.
Alternatively, guests may have breakfast in their rooms at the time of their choice or in any other area of the hotel, making their selection from our Room Service menu.
Room Service menu: lunch and dinner service
We offer a wide selection of starters, main courses and desserts, plus the option of combining dishes with a range of sauces and garnishes. We also cater for celiac or diabetic people and, of course, children. Our special service is available throughout the day in the room or area of the hotel of your choice when ordered in advance.
Terrace buffet
A takeaway style buffet service including a wide selection of savoury dishes, desserts and beverages. This buffet boasts probably the finest views of Palma and its bay, with the magnificent silhouette of the Cathedral in the background.
Teatime at the Monet Kitchen
Every evening we invite you to taste our wide selection of Harrods teas and worldwide coffees. They are deliciously accompanied by some of our traditional pastries.
